Connor Macgregor

Biography

Connor MacGregor is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a USAW Level 1 certified coach with a robust background in athletic performance training. He holds a master’s degree in exercise science from Merrimack College, where he further honed his expertise in sports science. Connor’s career spans collegiate, professional, and elite-level athletic environments, showcasing his ability to design and implement tailored performance and injury mitigation programs.

Experience

  • Assistant Athletic Performance Coach, University of Vermont: Designed and implemented training programs for swimming, diving, and men’s/women’s soccer; assisted with men’s/women’s hockey and men’s lacrosse.

  • Graduate Fellow, Boston College: Gained experience in high-performance athletic settings while pursuing master’s degree.

  • Tennis Performance Coach: Worked with a top 10 WTA women’s doubles player, enhancing strength, fitness, and injury prevention.

  • Internships: Harvard University Strength and Conditioning and Saddlebrook Sports Performance, developing skills in athletic training.

Role at RC

At Resilience Code, Connor leverages his extensive experience in athletic performance to contribute to the organization’s mission of optimizing health and performance. As a coach, he applies his expertise in strength and conditioning, exercise science, and injury prevention to design individualized programs that enhance athletic performance and promote long-term resilience. His certifications (CSCS and USAW Level 1) and diverse background enable him to work effectively with athletes across various sports and performance levels.
