Dennis M. Mannion is a seasoned American sports executive with a distinguished career spanning over four decades across all four major U.S. professional sports leagues: MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL. He is currently the CEO and President of House of 7, LLC, a sports advisory firm serving both professional and amateur clients . Philadelphia Phillies (1982–1997)

Mannion began his career with the Philadelphia Phillies, where he spent 16 years and served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for eight seasons. He was instrumental in enhancing the fan experience at Veterans Stadium and played a key role in bringing the 1996 MLB All-Star Game to Philadelphia.

Ascent Sports (1997–1999)

He then joined Ascent Sports in Denver as Senior Vice President, overseeing business operations for the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche and the NBA’s Denver Nuggets. Mannion managed the transition of both teams to the newly built Pepsi Center.

Mannion served as Senior Vice President of Business Ventures for the Baltimore Ravens. During his tenure, he expanded the team’s branding and revenue streams, developed numerous television and radio programs, and facilitated events like the Army-Navy Game at M&T Bank Stadium.

Los Angeles Dodgers (2007–2010)

In 2007, Mannion joined the Los Angeles Dodgers as Executive Vice President and COO, later becoming President and CEO in 2009. Under his leadership, the Dodgers led MLB in attendance, set a world record for the largest attended baseball game in 2008 with over 115,000 fans at the LA Coliseum, and reached the National League Championship Series in consecutive years.

Mannion became President and CEO of Palace Sports & Entertainment, overseeing business operations for the Detroit Pistons, The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, and Freedom Hill Amphitheatre. He led a $140 million renovation of The Palace and implemented technology upgrades to enhance the fan experience.
