Biography
Amber Hale is a certified holistic health and nutrition coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has also completed advanced training in gut health, toxicity, and detoxification through Tools for Teaching Toxicity™ and the Dr. Axe Institute of Nutritional Leadership. She has been coaching clients since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in helping individuals improve their health through sustainable, personalized lifestyle changes.
Amber has a particular focus on gut health, weight loss, food sensitivities, and inflammation. Her interest in holistic health began in her late twenties, when she personally experienced the effects of leaky gut, food cravings, fatigue, and digestive issues. Through her own recovery using whole food nutrition, the elimination diet, and gut-healing practices like homemade bone broth and probiotic-rich foods, she discovered a passion for helping others feel better in their bodies and take control of their health. She also developed a love for cooking and often shares soy-, dairy-, and gluten-free recipes that make healthy eating approachable and enjoyable.
Her education, personal experience, and years of professional coaching have equipped her with the tools to help clients create a personalized “roadmap to health” that fits their unique body, lifestyle, and goals. She believes that food should be both functional and flavorful.

Role at RC
Amber has been working with Resilience Code clients since 2021, helping individuals navigate the functional nutrition protocols prescribed by Dr. Prusmack as part of their personalized Resilience Code program. She conducts in-depth health assessments to better understand each client’s current state and goals, and then works collaboratively to implement nutrition and lifestyle plans that address root causes—whether it's gut dysfunction, toxic burden, or chronic inflammation.
She guides clients through complex dietary strategies and helps translate them into clear, manageable steps that fit their busy lives. Amber’s work supports everything from recovery to performance optimization, with a focus on healing, resilience, and longevity. Her goal is to empower clients to “health hack” their routines—making small but meaningful changes that produce lasting results.
