Biography

Demitra Loukopoulos is a client navigator with a deep passion for health, wellness, and personalized performance optimization. Drawing on a background in economics, marketing, and collegiate athletics, Demitra brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic communication, and empathetic client care to her role at Resilience Code.

A Denver native, Demitra earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from Sarah Lawrence College, where she also played collegiate basketball. Her experience as a student-athlete shaped her understanding of peak performance, teamwork, and the importance of holistic well-being—principles that now guide her work in the integrative health space.
Before joining Resilience Code, Demitra honed her skills through a series of internships that spanned the legal, media, and marketing industries. She served as a Legal Intern at UDR, where she gained valuable insight into corporate operations and compliance. As a Social Media Marketing Intern at SLAM magazine, she explored the intersection of sports and digital engagement. Her roles as a Digital Marketing Intern at the Brandman Agency and as a Project Management Intern at StrawberryFrog further sharpened her abilities in campaign coordination, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—skills she now leverages in her client-facing work.

At Resilience Code, Demitra serves as the key liaison between clients and the multidisciplinary care team, helping to ensure a seamless and supportive experience from initial consultation to program implementation. Her role involves guiding clients through each phase of their personalized wellness journey, coordinating logistics, and fostering trust and transparency throughout the process.

With an innate curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning, Demitra continues to expand her knowledge in functional medicine, human performance, and integrative health strategies. She is driven by the belief that each person deserves a clear, personalized path to resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
